Business and budget experts surveyed by Mashable found that $2,000 is the threshold for most people to spend on luxury items.
The top-priced items on the list included an 8,000-square-foot mansion, $7,000 handbag, a $4,000 Rolex watch, and a $10,000 Porsche.
Below that, $1,000 could be a deal.
