Business Insider, Inc.—the news and information company behind The New York Times best-seller The Lean Startup—is hiring.
The firm announced Monday that it is hiring two new full-time and part-time executives.
The firm said it is offering an equity award to one of the new hires, who will receive $20 million.
The other will receive a $5 million award.
The startup was founded by Alex Rigsby, a former Yahoo executive who went on to lead the acquisition of Instagram.
Rigsby said he wants to make sure that the new team will focus on building the business through product development, customer support, sales, and marketing.
He said the company will focus its focus on being a business that is innovative, sustainable, and accountable.
